Karl Anthony Curtis is a professional hypnotist with many years of experience in the field of hypnosis. Karl has performed thousands of successful sessions with clients over the years, covering all manner of problems – from those clients who wish to stop smoking, to helping people change behaviours to conquer fears, phobias, depression, loss of confidence and over eating to name but a few of the more common reasons clients seek Karl’s’ help, either for themselves or for children or adolescents experiencing challenging behaviours or anxiety.

Karl’s’ interest in hypnosis began at the age of 17 when he first read a book on hypnosis. After only a few attempts using an induction from the book he successfully hypnotised a friend at his house, and it has become his life passion ever since. He has pioneered a very specific technique for delivering hypnosis for Irish clients that delivers amazing results, quickly and most importantly, with lasting effect. Karl has made a lifelong study of the subconscious mind, and it is through his knowledge of how our mind works that Karl is able to perform such powerful hypnosis sessions and change the lives of his clients in a matter of hours or even minutes.

The techniques that Karl has pioneered and mastered form the basis for all the sessions conducted at his full time practice The Drogheda Medical Clinic, where Karl see’s clients to help them overcome depression, panic attacks, fears and phobias, quit smoking, achieve weight loss and so much more. His specialised approach allows the client to undergo real hypnosis and because they know that they are hypnotised, they can fully enjoy the session and experience the change they attended for.

In addition to his practice at The Drogheda Medical Clinic, Karl is also the Director, Senior Trainer for the Clinical Hypnosis Training Institute of Ireland, the largest hypnosis training organisation in Ireland.

Since it was established in 2008, Clinical Hypnosis has delivered training to hundreds of students, and has awarded over 200 Diplomas in Advanced Hypnosis. Students attend the training for a variety of reasons, some simply have a personal interest in hypnosis and the subconscious mind, whilst many of the attendees are already practicing therapists and medical professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds, who wish to add the enormous benefits hypnosis can deliver to the list of treatments they can offer their clients or patients within their existing practices.
